Shandong Heavy Industry Group Held A Special Seminar For Secretaries Of Directly Affiliated Party Organizations

In his report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to "constantly improve strategic thinking, historical thinking, dialectical thinking, systematic thinking, innovative thinking, legal thinking, and bottom-line thinking." To study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on thinking styles and systematically enhance the thinking skills of secretaries of directly affiliated Party organizations across its subsidiaries, Shandong Heavy Industry Group held a special seminar for directly affiliated Party organization secretaries at the Yimeng Cadre College from August to September 2025. Two five-day sessions were held, each for over 100 participants.

The training focused on strengthening Party spirit and enhancing thinking skills. Through specialized tutoring, group discussions, and on-site instruction, the training strengthened understanding of thinking skills, deepened the inheritance of the Yimeng Spirit, effectively enhanced Party spirit, and fully utilized the "leading goose" role of Party organization secretaries.

Through the training, all participants experienced a profound baptism of political conviction, rigorous training in Party spirit, and effective improvement in thinking skills. In the future, the trainees will shoulder their main responsibilities and focus on their main business with firmer political beliefs, more solid party spirit cultivation, stronger anti-corruption line, and more powerful abilities. They will never slack off, always stand at the forefront, and always strive to be the first, and actively contribute to building a technologically advanced, green development, and world-class multinational high-end equipment group.
