Sinotruk Group and Zhongtai Securities Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On February 4, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Zhongtai Securities signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Wang Hong, Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhongtai Securities, and Feng Yidong, Director and General Manager of Zhongtai Securities, attended the signing ceremony and held discussions. Ma Changhai, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and concurrently Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Weichai Group, and Zhang Hao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary of Zhongtai Securities, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

Wang Zhijian outlined the development progress of Shandong Heavy Industry Group. He stated that Zhongtai Securities is a key strategic partner for the Group, providing professional support for advancing its high-end equipment manufacturing sector, enhancing asset securitization, and accelerating internationalization. He expressed hope that both parties would further expand cooperation domains and elevate collaboration levels, leveraging Zhongtai Securities' financial service strengths to support Shandong Heavy Industry Group's strategic transformation and upgrading, as well as efforts to extend, supplement, and strengthen industrial chains.

Wang Hong briefly outlined Zhongtai Securities' development trajectory. He noted that both parties had previously engaged in extensive collaboration across multiple business domains, jointly delivering a series of landmark projects. Taking this signing as a new starting point, Zhongtai Securities will fully integrate its comprehensive securities business resources to ensure the effective implementation of the cooperation agreement. This will inject fresh capital momentum into Shandong Heavy Industry, enabling mutual growth, mutual fulfillment, and mutual achievement.
