On August 14th, the “Family and Company United, Dreams Shared” 2026 Family Open Day event of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) successfully concluded at the Science and Technology Building campus. Over a hundred employees and their families gathered at CNHTC to share heartwarming stories of family and company life and witness the beautiful moment of realizing youthful dreams. Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CNHTC, and Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the event and warmly interacted with employee families, extending enthusiastic congratulations to the students who achieved academic success and expressing sincere gratitude to all employee families who have long supported the Group’s development.
At the event, five family representatives from different business areas of the Group took to the stage together. From the parents’ pursuit of excellence at work to the children’s late-night studies at their desks, the trajectories of two generations quietly intersected, writing the same story of perseverance and passion. Looking back on their journey of growth, student representatives poured their hearts out in a “letter of love”: “My parents are both employees of Sinotruk, and their down-to-earth and diligent family tradition shaped my rigorous and serious learning attitude.” “My father’s daily dedication and perseverance taught me the meaning of responsibility.” “Seeing the news about Sinotruk trucks being exported all over the world made me realize what an amazing thing my parents are doing.” “I will walk every step of my life carefully, just as I would with the people at Sinotruk, striving to make every car perfect.” “I hope to have more opportunities to work in the automotive industry in the future and contribute my strength to ‘Made in China’.”… These simple words became the most touching interpretation of “family and enterprise working together.” In a warm atmosphere, all the students, holding flowers and with open arms, embraced their parents tightly, offering their deepest gratitude and blessings to their families who had accompanied them along the way.
To inspire Sinotruk students to strive for success and pursue their dreams, the group presented them with a model of the Sinotruk New Yellow River truck and a suitcase bearing the exclusive Sinotruk logo. The group hopes that the students, carrying the love of their families and the blessings of the “Sinotruk family,” will maintain their passion and work diligently on their future academic journey, achieving great success and repaying the nation’s expectations with their hard work.
During the event, employees’ families also visited the Sinotruk Museum and the Shandong Heavy Industry Future Technology Exhibition Hall. Accompanied by their parents, the children listened to the history of Sinotruk’s development, experienced the spirit of hard work, and closely examined the glorious achievements of China’s national automotive industry, immersing themselves in the company’s strong manufacturing foundation and technological strength.
Every leap forward for the company is inseparable from the dedication and hard work of every employee, and even more so from the silent support of countless families. This year, with the hard work of all Sinotruk employees and the unwavering support of their families, the group’s operating performance has once again reached a new historical high, delivering another excellent result for the upcoming centenary celebration of Sinotruk. In the future, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) will continue to deepen the partnership between the company and its employees, further enhancing the warm and welcoming atmosphere of “Working at CNHTC, Happiness at CNHTC,” and working hand in hand with its employees and their families to create a brighter future.
Relevant department heads of CNHTC, chairpersons or supervisors of trade unions of its secondary units, representatives of employees from families taking the 2026 college entrance examination, and their families participated in the event.
