To deepen the understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and solidly advance the key tasks deployed by the Group's Party Committee and the higher-level Youth League Committee, and effectively improve the professional competence of Youth League organizations and cadres at all levels, the CNHTC Youth League Committee held the 2025 Training Course for Youth League Cadres to Enhance Comprehensive Abilities and the Fourth Phase of the "Young Marxist Cultivation Project" at the Shandong Provincial Youth League School from November 19th to 21st.

The meeting emphasized that young people are the vital force and core strength for enterprise development. The Group's Party Committee has always placed youth work at a strategic height, continuously guiding youth growth, serving youth development, and uniting youth strength, providing a platform for youth growth. Youth League cadres at all levels should take this training as a new starting point, transforming the learning outcomes into a powerful driving force for undertaking initiatives and starting businesses, and leading the vast number of young people to contribute their youthful wisdom and strength to the Group's journey to build a world-class full-series commercial vehicle group with firm ideals and beliefs, excellent abilities and qualities, and a pragmatic work style.

At the opening ceremony, a representative of the young Marxist trainees made a statement, expressing their commitment to diligently study and solidify their foundation for growth with unwavering perseverance, to focus on frontline work and solve challenges with pioneering spirit, and to dedicate themselves to practical application with a drive to always strive for excellence, demonstrating youthful responsibility.

This training program covers core modules such as political theory, practical work of the Communist Youth League, and innovative practices. It also includes on-site teaching of Party spirit education and thematic exchange and discussion activities. The aim is to help young League cadres solidify their theoretical foundation, expand their knowledge base, strive to become staunch young Marxists, contribute their youthful strength to the Group's leapfrog development, and effectively enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the Communist Youth League's work in serving the company's high-quality development and supporting the growth and development of young people.
