The Sinotruk Global "Elite Instructor" Skills Competition officially launched on September 3rd, innovatively setting up a three-tiered competition track: preliminary rounds, regional competitions, and the finals, aiming to promote learning, improve skills, and cultivate talent through competition. During the preliminary rounds, the competition attracted over 300 Sinotruk training elites from around the world. The competition content closely revolved around the core technology systems of Sinotruk products, covering key assemblies and areas such as vehicle electrical systems, engines, transmissions, axles, and chassis braking. After fierce competition in the preliminary rounds, over 100 outstanding contestants successfully advanced to the regional competitions. The atmosphere at the finals was particularly intense. The competition adopted a dual-track assessment model of "hands-on disassembly and assembly + theoretical course explanation." During the intense hands-on disassembly and assembly sessions, the contestants demonstrated their exceptional mastery of Sinotruk product structures. To ensure the professionalism and fairness of the competition, Sinotruk assembled a judging panel composed of senior technical experts. The judges conducted a comprehensive and professional evaluation of the contestants, focusing on core dimensions such as the depth and logic of their theoretical lectures, the accuracy and efficiency of their troubleshooting, and the engaging and interactive nature of their presentations. After rigorous evaluation, three first-prize winners, six second-prize winners, and nine third-prize winners were selected in three tracks: Mechanical (foreign trainers), Electrical (foreign trainers), and Internal Trainers.
